The image on the left is a dimer of Gd(NO3)(OH2)[15-MCCu(II)N(LpheHA)-5]. These structures were produced by Annabel Cutland Van Noord in Dr. Pecoraro's research lab. The image on the right is a three-alpha-helical bundle of peptides that has a bound Cd(II) ion (blue). This material was produced by Manolis Matzapetakis in Dr. Pecoraro's research lab.
