Big
Sib Program
The Big Sib program is designed to help incoming graduate
students during their first semester. Many of you will be
coming from out of state or from outside the U.S., and some
will even need to sign a lease for an apartment site unseen.
We realize the process of finding an apartment and settling
down in Ann Arbor is not easy, and we want to help you in
any way we can.
This is where the Big Sib program can help. In this program
you are paired with a current chemistry grad student who can
help make your move to Ann Arbor less stressful and help you
navigate your way through the first semester of grad school.
Participation in this program is voluntary, but encouraged.
To sign up just click on the link below and fill in the appropriate
information about yourself and how we can contact you. Please
also give us an initial question or request that your big
sib can address in his first communication with you.
