Labor Internships (funded jointly with The Center for South Asian Studies and The President's Advisory Committee on Labor Standards and Human Rights )

There are many other funding resources available for work or study abroad, or for language and areas studies here in the U.S. Some of these are UM programs, and some come from external bodies such as private foundations and the U.S. Department of Education. For many of these, your main point of contact will be either Kelly Peckens (kpeckens@umich.edu ) or the relevant area studies center at the International Institute.
