Fall/Winter Language Study

You don't have to leave campus to learn a foreign language with business content that will give you an edge in international commerce. The University of Michigan offers an exceptionally broad selection of languages, many taught through advanced levels.

CIBER has invested considerable resources - including funding for faculty training and materials - in the development of business-content language courses designed for students from the Ross School of Business and other professional colleges and schools at Michigan.

Business language courses are offered in cooperation with the corresponding departments in the College of Literature, Science and the Arts in seven major languages: French, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic.

BBA students can apply on-campus language study to their distribution requirements, or as part of an LS&A minor such as International Studies.
