First Year Southeast Asian Language Scholarships
Offered for the study of Filipino, Indonesian, Thai, and Vietnamese at the beginning level. Contact the Center for Southeast Asian Languages for more information.
Critical Language Scholarships for Intensive Summer Institutes
This U.S. State Department program provides fully-funded 7 to 10 week intensive language instruction and extensive cultural enrichment experiences held overseas at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Languages include: Arabic, Bangla/Bengali, Chinese, Hindi, Korean, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Turkish, Urdu, and Azerbaijani (intermediate and advanced).
