Applying to the Undergraduate Summer Programs

 

How to Apply: Print off, complete, and deliver your application forms in-person to Vicki Simon at the CIBER office no later than 5pm on December 5, 2011.

Your recommender may deliveror mail your recommendation letters to CIBER, E0402 701 Tappan St, Ann Arbor, MI 48109.

You will receive notification of your acceptance by Dec. 23, 2011. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due to CIBER by Jan. 9, 2012. The balance of the program fee is due on March 17, 2012. Contact CIBER for additional information.

Travel Arrangements: STA Travel in the Michigan Union is the designated travel coordinator. Contact Carolyn Okon at cokon@statravel.com or (734) 769-2555.

Travel Documents: You will need a passport. If you don't have one, obtain it as soon as possible.

Entry visas will be required for participation in the China program.

For Europe and Costa Rica, non-U.S. citizens may be required to obtain an entry visa.

Financial Aid: Contact the Office of Financial Aid to determine whether you are eligible for any assistance. Ross students should contact Ross Financial Aid at 734-764-5139, for more information.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:
CIBER Undergraduate Summer Program Applicants must fill out the Applicant Data Form (ADF) on the U of M Financial Aid website so the financial aid office can adjust your files for the additional costs of the program.

*For students with MET, or more than 15 other credits winter term, there will be a per credit charge by the University of Michigan.*
