International Studies Undergraduate Minor

 

Overview
The International Studies minor is ideal for students planning to pursue advanced degrees or careers in international law, international business, global health, and government or non-government organizations.

The minor is also ideal for any student interested in learning a foreign language or exploring international topics.

This degree is offered through the UM Center for International and Comparative Studies (CICS).

 

Curriculum
Students build their own curriculum within the framework of a chosen region, language, and theme from an extensive menu of courses across campus.

Student Funding
CICS offers funding opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students to pursue study abroad, international research projects and fellowships. Applications are usually posted in March.
