The Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory is a joint research venture between the University of
Michigan's Department of Psychology and the University Medical Center. Our investigations
focus on the functional neuroimaging of human memory via positron emission tomography
(PET) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI). Current projects investigate the
nature of spatial and verbal working memory, as well as the effects of aging on these
       processes.
