Martha Cook takes applications all year around. Once, you have been accepted to the University of Michigan and have sent in your deposit you are elidgible to apply for housing. Current University of Michigan Students can apply at anytime. While, lease are for the entire school year (September-April), most years several spots open up for new residents for winter semester. It is never too early or too late to apply. Email our Resident Director, Marion Law, at mscher@umich.edu with any questions or inquries.
