Please keep track of the steps you have already gone through to try to fix your problem, and what the results of those steps were. If you have already spoken with another consultant, please tell your "new" consultant. This will save time, and will also help the new consultant to figure out what the real problem is. If you can remember consultants' names, that's also a big help, so we can confer with each other. The more information we have, the quicker you'll be off the phone!
