Consulting Appointment Policy
Consulting appointments are designed to provide advice and assistance with the following topics:
Database design and management
Selecting appropriate statistical methodology
Implementing statistical methodology in the following statistical software packages:
SPSS(PASW), SAS, Stata, R, LISREL/AMOS, HLM, NQuery/Pass,
Systat, Nvivo, Minitab, IVEWare, Word Smith,
Arcview, ArcGIS, Erdas Imagine, TerraSeer, Geoda, GWR
Interpretation and presentation of results
General Software Questions
Consultants will not:
Assist with coursework
Enter your data, perform your analysis, or complete related tasks for you
Provide a written report of your analysis
Appointment Policy:
Clients can schedule no more than one appointment per calendar week
Only two appointments can be scheduled for any client at any time
We do not provide consulting services to undergraduates
EXCEPT for honors students writing a thesis and UROP students
Please note that consultants provide statistical consultation during appointments, not contract work.
