Note: This is a 2-half-days companion workshop of "Intermediate Topics in SPSS: Advanced Statistical Models," and participants may register for one or both days.
This workshop is designed to provide experienced SPSS users (see prerequisites below) with hands-on exposure to more advanced data management topics in SPSS, using SPSS for Windows.
The workshop will cover the following topics at a moderate pace: Restructuring Data Sets, Updating Data Sets, Advanced Syntax / Macros, Using Weights in SPSS, Exporting Output, Whats new in the latest versions of SPSS, and Additional SPSS Modules. There will also be time for an open discussion of participant issues with managing data in SPSS.

- Brady West is a Statistical Consultant and primary SPSS Consultant for CSCAR.

- Those using SPSS for Unix or Macintosh should phone the instructor at 734-764-5286 before enrolling.
- Prerequisite
- Experience using syntax in SPSS to perform data analysis and data management, or the CSCAR workshop "Introduction to SPSS."
