Hello.

I am a PhD student at the University of Michigan. I work at the Engineering Research Center for Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems, where I sit at my desk and defend my complete ignorance about manufacturing.

My academic interests are in networked control, control of distributed systems and more recently in integrated hybrid processes with real and virtual components, I also like Star Trek and long walks by the beach, Oh and world peace. My advisers are Prof. Dawn Tilbury, and Dr. James Moyne, their collective interests range from control theory to communication networks to ground robots to modeling emotional regulation in toddlers.

If you are interested in a summary of my own academic career you can find my C.V. here.

Academic credentials aside, I hope this site captures my quiet scrupulous progression as a 20-something engineering researcher. Feel free to connect with me through social media coordinates on the right.

If my twitter feed is not as up close and personal as you were hoping, you can look at my unremarkable grad student schedule here.

Oh! And leave a comment here. I can not highlight enough how great it feels to have the internet talk back at me.
