| Paul Gamsby, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, played center for Coach Al Renfrew's teams from 1967-1968 to 1970-1971. He scored 30 goals and 63 assists for a career total of 93 points. Nicknamed "Gammer", Paul was elected Captain for the 1970-1971 season. He was selected as the Dekers "Rookie of the Year" in 1969. In 1971, his teammates voted him the "Most Valuable Player" along with Brian Skinner. | |
| As a sophomore, Paul played on Michigan's Big Ten Championship team. Paul graduated from the School of Education in 1971 and played for the Port Huron Wings of the International Hockey League. | |
