About the Lab
Our goal is to determine the relationship between brain and
behavior in psychopathology. We address questions like: Do
individuals with depression and schizophrenia remember things
differently than healthy individuals? What cognitive processes (such
as orienting, memory updating, and sustained attention) contribute
to memory biases? Can cognitive processing in depression and
schizophrenia be altered? Our methods include self-report
measures, behavioral tasks, and psychophysiological indices of brain
function (EEG, ERP, MRI).
