1961-62
10/61: Brother censured for lying about meal job. Rush help sought from IHQ.
11/61: MAL ridicules chapter performance.
2/62: Help from MSU, WMU, and WSU on rush. Boarders must abide by all motions passed by the chapter regarding living in the house or they will be evicted. House maintenance fee increased to $15.
3/62: Showers for engaged or pinned brothers. 3 man bid committee created for expedient bids (if not unanimous=hash).
5/62: Carved walnut coat of arms by Mothers' Club for $40. Chapter chairs outlined.
1962-63
10/62: Scholarship awards outlined (best GPA, most improved) and plaque created. Purchase of 1941 Cadillac hearse defeated. Wayne State steals and damages our composites and trophies. Brother disassociates rather than face expulsion trial.
5/63: Brother expelled from Delta Chi. Refused to pay debts for 3 years stemming from meal plan dispute. 2/3 vote to expel. All those owing bills must sign promissory notes.
1963-64
General Notes: New stove, television. Basement redone.
9/63: All amendments affecting out-of-housers nullified. No pets in house.
10/63: IFC tax $2 actives and $4 pledges.
11/63: Women allowed in house for casual visits 10AM-close (weekends) and 12PM-close (week) in accordance with university policy.
2/64: Jr. IFC disbanded.
3/64 :Bob Sharpe scores 110 pts in 7 IM basketball games.
4/64: School year ends in April. Any profits from school year must be used for house improvements and new furniture. Each year a "Delt" editor should be appointed.
1964-65
9/64: "A" will buy the house a 1/2 keg if they get either a 2.7 GPA or most improved.

1965-66
10/65: First homecoming meeting of Building Corp.
3/66: Regional convention in Ann Arbor.
4/66: Pledge "tribunal". Dress regulations cancelled. PW award created.
1966-67
10/66: Anyone 2 months behind in house bills is on social probation. All-campus pillow fight for Michigan sesquicentennial.
2/67: Pool room created in basement.
3/67: $5 fine for non-completion of jobs during Help Week. Sewer repaired after basement damage.
1967-68
General Notes: Delt sent out for first time in four years.
9/67: GPA is 2.70.
10/67: Chapter meetings must be held at least every 2 weeks. Fines can be worked off at $1/hr at Houseman's and Steward's discretion.
11/67: Actives required to work for 6 hrs during Help Week.
4/68: Year end awards: luminary, pledge, dork, wedge, athlete, guiding light, joke of year.
1968-69
9/68: New bookkeeping system.
10/68: Setting up study room in basement. Motion that Michigan Chapter go local defeated by 1 vote at executive board meeting.
1/69: Chapter reconsiders 1962-63 expulsion trial and reinstates brother who was expelled. JR Russell hired as cook. Initiated EMU colony. Only 1 ticket allowed at bar. Chapter buys rush chair booze for doing a good job.
2/69: Motion to pay "D" $20/mo fails.
3/69: Building Corp will not reopen house for Fall '69 unless outstanding receivables are resolved.
1969-70
9/69: Pledge blackballed. $15 security deposit. $5 fine for driving on the lawn. Old dinner decorum returns.
10/69: "A" will evict anyone using drugs in the house. Chapter gets new phone number: 761-6442.
1/70: 5% discount for paying all semester house bills at once at start of semester.
2/70: "D" elected in winter semester.
3/70: Proposed establishment of Chi Delphia chapter. |

9/70: Pledges will pull a raid, have interviews with actives. Parents' Weekend and Homecoming separated.
10/70: $2 fine for bringing males to social functions. IFC is $11,000 in debt. $1 fine for interrupting chapter meeting.
1/71: Michigan Chi Delphia Chapter created.

1973-74
9/73: Morrey Alumni award inaugurated. Social dues increased to $10/mo. DChi joins FCC (Fraternity Coordinating Council).
10/73: $2 fine for not doing house jobs. Goes up by $2 with each offense. Parliamentarian gives parliamentary procedure mini-lessons.
1/74: House to get cable TV. Pledge program has pledge keg and walkout.
3/74: "Midparty" at pledge formal.
4/74: House bills $174/mo. Basement renovations.
1974-75
9/74: Price of Coke increased to .15 All fines for not attending chapter functions abolished. Fine system replaced by demerit system.
1/75: Houseman must have a key to every room in the house.
3/75: Pledges must make or buy a paddle for big brother and the chapter should buy a large paddle for the class.
4/75: Parliamentarian says members can't speak more than twice or more than 10 minutes on a motion at chapter. 10 year end awards.
1975-76
General Notes: Delta Chi wins "B" basketball championship.

10/75: Electricity put in upper dorm.
1/76: Chapter meetings changed to every other Monday.
2/76: GPA is 2.92. Dorothy Hamill made honorary Chi Delphia.
1976-77
General Notes: President of MSA is a Delta Chi.
11/76: Exec must meet before every meeting to discuss the agenda.
1/77: Chapter pays 1/2 of house improvement.
1977-78
General Notes: 2 Delta Chis in Michigama. Delt increased to 4 times a year. All-campus party held in front yard.
9/77: Bought color TV. Room and board $194/mo. Energy monitor committee established.
10/77: "B" instead of "A" chairs exec meetings.
11/77: Active barred from social functions due to unpaid bills.
1/78: Greek Week re-established. Anyone not stopping composite thieves will be coffined
3/78: Grand Central and Windows made a combined triple.

1978-79
General Notes: Study room created.
9/78: Merit system created to mirror demerit system. "A" and "D" get 35 pts, H'man 25 pts, Social/Steward 20pts, Rush/H'coming 15pts, outstanding service 15 pts max.
10/78: Lower dorm re-named "Middle Earth".
11/78: Bought new freezer. Steward's salary raised to $50. Steward has an assistant who will split salary with him.
12/78: JR Russell resigns as cook.
1/79: Beer in pop machine at .50
2/79: Private phones installed in every room.
