LDAP on SCO unixware Release 2.1

I would imagine that the sco platform build directories were designed
for the non UnixWare platform. I've built LDAP on the Open Server
release 5 with only minor porting modifications.

I've yet to try it on the UnixWare platform. I haven't even looked to
see if there is a platform build directory for UnixWare.

Try using a build directory which is a little more SVR4-like.
