After performing a search, if there is more than one match, an Entry List window is presented to the user. The user can select an entry to display by double-clicking on the desired entry, or by highlighting it and clicking the "Display" button or pressing Return.
If the entries displayed are entries for people, the entry list can be sorted by Surname (last name) by clicking on the "Sort by Surname" button
