    • Reductions In Force
    • Fair Labor Standards Act Issues (FLSA)
    • Work Related Injuries
    • Employee Illness (extended)
    • Leaves of absence
    • Seasonal appointments
    • Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
    • Other (effort % change, effort certification, short code change, etc)
  2. DSA HR Office Actions:

    • Review department request for completeness, accuracy and compliance with divisional and University guidelines
    • Check position budget(s) and identify any issues
    • Communicate to department corrective steps to take or needs for additional information
    • Obtain any additional VP/AVP approvals that may be needed
    • Forward request to University HR Office for processing
  3. University HR Office Actions:

    • Receive DSA action request
    • Review for completeness, accuracy and compliance with University guidelines
    • Communicate to DSA HR Office any corrective steps to take or needs for additional information
    • Process action request
    • Communicate to DSA HR Office the action taken
  4. DSA HR Office Actions:

    • Review University HR Office action for accuracy
    • Communicate to University HR Office any corrective steps to be taken
    • Communicate to department successful completion of action request
