Adobe Acrobat Reader and Plug-in
The Appendices (and certain other files on the CD-ROM) are in PDF format. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to access these files. You will also need the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in to read these files from your web browser.
Note: The PC version of Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 has been included on the CD-ROM in a directory called Software\Adobe. If you run the ar600enu.exe program, it will install the reader software and the browser plug-in on your computer.
