for race, gender, and national origin equity
in mathematics and science education

General Information

Wisconsin training sessions for 2004-2007 are supported by a Wisconsin ESEA Improving Teacher Quality Grant through the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

This grant makes it possible to offer classes at no charge.

For 2004-2007 Leadership Workshops, school teams from the CESA #4 area, the CESA #1 area, and the Stevens Point School District are offered first priority for registration, but spaces are often available for school teams from other districts. Those wishing to register should do so early, as all spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here to download a registration packet

Leadership Workshop participants are asked to attend as part of a school team that includes a minimum of three persons. School teams often include administrators, teachers, aides, and parents, including team members from Bilingual Education, ESL, Title I, Indian Education, HeadStart and EvenStart Programs, among others.

Training-of-Trainers participants must have successfully completed at least one leadership workshop and presented at least one parent/child workshop.
