The following changes were included in the 2.1.11 release:

PI/Lab Personnel

Hide/Show Errors functionality has been removed from the View Animal Handling Details page. All Animal Handling Details errors now display in red at the top of the Update Animal Handling Details activity window, and you no longer have to view them one at a time.

Personnel on a Fee For Service (FFS) protocol can view the FFS Procedure Description and Summary by clicking the FFS Procedures link under the Protocols Using this Fee For Service tab.

An error causing some conditional questions to display incorrectly on the print version of the protocol has been fixed.
An error preventing PI Active HR Appointments from displaying when updating the Principal Investigator section of the application/protocol has been fixed.

Reports for UCUCA, ULAM, and Report Viewers

New SSRS Reports Added:

  • Person Search Report - Search for Persons on Protocols based on various criteria.
  • Protocol Procedure Report - Search for Procedures used on Protocols based on various criteria.

UCUCA/ULAM

Facilities Workspace Enhancements:

New Workspace Tabs

  • Space Table Info tab - displays data carried over from the Space table. This data is not editable in eRAM.
  • History tab - Displays a history of recent edits to facility information.

New Workspace Activities

  • Maintain UCUCA Data - Allows user to edit information displayed in the UCUCA Info tab.
  • Maintain ULAM Data - Allows user to edit information displayed in the ULAM Info tab.

An error in which some Personnel Amendments were incorrectly flagged as requiring review by Occupational Safety and Environmental Health (OSEH) has been fixed.
An error in which vendor line items updated from the Vendor Line Items tab in the Animal Use Workspace do not display on the Vendor Order Form has been fixed.
