The following changes were included in the 2.1.14 release:

PI/Lab Personnel

Updating the PI role as an animal handler using the Manage PI Information activity will now update the Animal Handling Details correctly.

Protocol Question Change

Procedures Page - Under Hazardous Agents, the “Other Description” field has been renamed Description.

Reports for UCUCA, ULAM, and Report Viewers

New SSRS Reports Added:

Hazards Report- Description available in eRAM.

Restraint Report - Description available in eRAM.

Food/Water Restrictions Report - Description available in eRAM.

Custom Search Report Enhancement:

Report - Expiration Details - All Approved Protocols - A Status column has been added to the report, displaying the current status of the protocol (Expired, Cancelled, Approved or Suspended). The column's data can be sorted and filtered.

Animal Use Forms

Transfer Rodents to, or Request Rodents From, Reuse Program -  If the donating side indicates no room change and the receiving side indicates that Cage Cards and Breeding Sheet are needed, a message displays instructing the user to "Include the current location of the cages in the notes to ULAM."

UCUCA/ULAM

An error preventing the ULAM Building Quadrant field from displaying in the Maintain ULAM Data activity window has been corrected.
 

Reviewers

Reminder emails will now be sent to all outstanding reviewers on the review due date and every 7 days after that, indefinitely.
