Purchase and Transfer Use Forms
When the Receiving Protocols indicate the housing locations is flagged for ABSL Level 2, an additional three part question will now be required. Note: In both of these cases, an additional "ABSL 2 ULAM Containment Housing Request Form" is no longer required outside of eRAM.
