  • Pilot Statistics:
    • 12 proposals created in eRPM system by pilot participants
    • 8 submissions
    • 1 Grants.gov system to system submission

    • 179 paper PAFs entered by DRDA

Business as Usual - January – March 2009:

  • During the pilot, all three campuses will continue business as usual. All proposals not included in the pilot will be routed to DRDA the old fashioned way, using the paper PAF.
  • Research Administrators can view training materials online and start to sign up for eRPM training in late January. http://www.umich.edu/~eresinfo/erpm/training.html

March 2009:

  • eRPM available to all investigators.  For several months, investigators will have the option of using the new system or the old paper PAF for proposal routing.  Check with your unit for local transition plans (unit may set required date).

Summer 2009:

  • eRPM will be required & paper Proposal Approval Form (ePAF) retired. All PAFs must be created and routed using eRPM.
