ADDING A COOLING JACKET- NON-ADIABATIC PLUG FLOW

Result

The Temperature Surface plot and the Radial Temperature Profiles clearly show the effects of the added cooling jacket. The temperature still increases throughout the center of the reactor whereas the temperature drastically drops close to the reactor wall.

It is not as simple to calculate the outlet conversion for this case as for the plug flow adiabatic case. Like the temperature, the conversion varies along the radial position. Do you want to see how to calculate the Average Outlet Conversion?
