If coming from out of town, we recommend that you book your hotel rooms as soon as possible.
Campus Area
Unfortunately, there are only two hotels within walking distance of campus, both of which cost around $200 / night for a standard room.
Mall Area
Most of the moderately-priced hotels ($80-$100) in Ann Arbor are located near Briarwood Mall, just off I-94. This is a straight 10-minute drive to campus.

When driving from the Briarwood Mall area to the conference on the University of Michigan campus, follow State St. northbound. Turn left on William St., and then Right on Maynard. The Parking Structure on you left is the best place to park your car.
After leaving your car in the parking structure, leave through the Maynard exit, cross the street, and turn right back to William. Walk left on William back to State St. Cross the street, and head toward the enormous building to your right (Angell Hall). The front door will not be open on Saturday, so you have to enter on the left side of the building. Another entrance is in the back of the building. Both entrances will have signs pointing you in the right direction for the conference.
