Coaching to supervisors in how to approach a faculty or staff member when personal issues or problems may be the cause of performance or conduct issues is available. Suggestions on how to make referral to FASAP are provided. This service can help when an issue or concern could be the result of a personal or psychological issue and can be arranged around the clock — 24/7.
