To complete your
online service hours, please enter your name, project name and the number
of hours. Double check your name and hours to ensure that they are correct
before submitting the form. The program *is* case sensative, so please
make sure that you type your name in the same every time (ie - type
"Joe Smith" every week rather than changing to "joe smith"
the following week"). Just submit the form, then if you have more
hours, complete it again and again until your hours are all
registered.
