Additionally, throughout the term, members and pledges will have the opportunity to become chairs of various events in which APO participates.

Several times a year, our Gamma Pi chapter meets with other chapters on the sectional, regional, or national level in order to improve upon our leadership skills.

Our Chapter has also begun to partcipate in the APO LEADS leadership development program as a means to further improve the membership skills of each and every willing member of the chapter.
