The Stearns Collection
This exquisite collection of musical instruments in located in the south end of the School of Music. The Stearns Collections contains a virtual history of instruments dating from The Middle Ages to early examples of modern sampling equipment and synthesizers. The lower level of the collection houses the Marilyn Mason Organ, a replica of a tracker organ built by Silvermann, J.S. Bach's favorite organ builder.
