			The Center has three exhibitions per year and galleries are open to the public 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, by appointment only. Closed in July, August, and on holidays. Special groups, students and scholars are especially welcome; however, they are requested to phone or fax in advance for appointments. Among the highlights of the collection are Buddhist paintings and sculpture, a wide range of Edo period paintings, and close to 30 pairs of or single byôbu.
