		•Ancient Glass Spring Season: March 15 through Jun 10, 2001 Summer Season: July 20 through August 19, 2001
			In this exhibition, visitors will be treated to the precious luminance of ancient glass produced nearly 2,500 years ago. The exhibition is comprised of approximately 300 works from ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, Eastern Mediterranean, Greco-Roman, Persia, and China.
		•Tenth Anniversary Shumei Culture Prize: Special Exhibition of Recipient's Work July 20 - August 19, 2001
			Part of the anniversary celebration, the Shumei Culture Foundation and the Miho Museum have worked together to present a commemorative exhibition of the award winnersą works. The event works both to refocus attention on the artists and to contribute positively to the promotion of art and culture.
		•Longmen Grottoes September 1 - December 16, 2001
			This exhibition will give a general survey of the Buddhist sculptures from the Northern Wei to the Tang Dynasty at Longmen Grottoes. Certain works, such as the crowned Buddha from the Leigutai Nandong, will be exhibited for the first time outside of China. In addition, the Buddhas excavated from the ruins of Fengxian si Temple, one of the ten temples at Longmen, where Jingangzhi Sancang is buried will be shown.
