•Gifted Young Artist Self-Training Programme: Five Exhibitions Unrelated to the Main Theme: Part 2: Kwok Ying- "Sky Garden"

In the recent trend of theme art exhibitions, individual expressions of ideas are often sacrificed for gimmick. Five young artists wish to express their ideas about various issues they concern in the five distinct but linked exhibits. Five linked but independent exhibits in series will assemble a multi-dimensional image. Reaction will be generated through interaction and communication, and so producing works that viewers can feel acquainted to communicate. At the same time, viewers can attach themselves to the exhibits just like to a TV series.
The five artists: Kong Khong Chang, Kwok Ying, Hui Chui Hung Bell, Chan Wing Yan Josephine and Au Hoi Lam Helen, are Fine Arts graduates from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the past two years. Among them, Kwok Ying and Bell Hui have been awarded Contemporary Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition Award by the Art Museum of Hong Kong. | ||||
