Color Slide Project
The American Council for Southern Asian Art (ACSAA) color slide project is a non-profit supplier of photographic materials of Southern Asian art. All materials sold by ACSAA are for private study and research purposes. It is understood that these materials are sold subject to the following understandings and conditions.
- 1. The materials are the copyrighted property of the owner. The ACSAA color slide project is the agent producing these materials on behalf of the museum or private owner of the art object(s).
- 2. These materials are not to be reproduced in any medium, including television and video, without the written permission of the owner(s). The ACSAA color slide project does not have the authority to grant permission to reproduce, but will provide the appropriate address to applicants for photographic reproduction rights.
- 3. In requesting such permission, an applicant must state where the requested material will be published or reproduced. In all instances, a copy of the permission to publish shall be kept on file at the ACSAA color slide project.
- 4. These materials may not be sold by the purchasing institution for profit-making purposes.
