Paintings from the Hunter Musuem of Art

PAINTINGS FROM THE HUNTER MUSEUM OF ART

In 1951 George Thomas Hunter, a Coca-Cola bottling magnate and cultural patron bequeathed his residence at 10 Bluff View to the Hunter Museum of Art. In 1967 the decision was made to focus on collecting American art. Since then, the museum has developed a fine collection representing American Art from the 19th and 20th centuries. In February of 1996, Patrick Young and Jeri Hollister photographed a selection of American paintings owned by the Hunter Museum of Art. This set consists of 76 works, one verso view, and three views of the museum.
This set of eighty slides sells for $192.50.
