The Michigan Journal of History is a student-run organization seeking to publish undergraduate papers in an online journal. Papers and essays come entirely from the University of Michigan student body. Our aim is to encourage students to pursue their passion for history by providing them a chance to become published historians. Online editions of the journal are published after Fall and Winter semesters. Print editions of the journal are issued once a year and include the best submissions from the past academic year.

Submissions for the Fall 2007 edition of the Journal are due on the last day of exams. The printed edition of the Journal will contain the best submissions from the 2007-2008 school year, and will be published during the summer.
If you are interested in joining the MJH staff, please attend our informational meeting in September 2007. More details will be posted here in the coming months.
