Health Management Services

Our Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) system is the result of over 25 years of development and data analysis.

The HRA questionnaire is the critical tool to assess and give feedback to each participant on his or her own health. Repeated use of the HRA lets individuals monitor their health status over time. Further, the specific populations or organizations that use the HRA receive aggregated data (de-identified group data) for an assessment of their population’s overall health. These group reports generated from the HRA help the organization support the individual participants in their efforts toward good health.

Evaluation and data management of the HRA data enables the organization to support the individual participants, monitor wellness program outcomes, support organizational decisions, and examine and project health care costs.

With our system, we integrate health management program participation, health care costs, plus other company/employee data such as absenteeism, presenteeism, and worker compensation.

Our Integrated Health Management System allows us to:

  • Compare and monitor participants and non-participants of HRAs, wellness programs and benefit plans
  • Define and project health care costs
  • Generate technical and management reports for specific health and economic analysis
  • Address appropriate methods for individual participant’s follow-up using the Trend Management System (TMS ™), developed at the UM-HMRC
