It's Easy to be ERGO

There are literally dozens of ways you can make the work you do at U-M easier on your body. The Michigan Healthy Community Ergonomics Awareness Program is here to help you learn how following easy ergonomic principles can help you prevent aches, pains and repetitive injuries.

How?
It's easier than you may think:

Start with "Self Help"
This section offers tutorials designed specifically for the U-M community. They can help you evaluate your own work area - whether you work in an office, lab or a more physically-demanding job. You'll find helpful tips on how to move, lift, and adjust your work space to lessen stresses on your body and help you stay comfortable and injury free. These easy changes can have big results -- and with little or no cost to you and your unit.

Latest Information to Help You Avoid Aches and Injuries
