Worried about all the details? This fun and interactive workshop takes the worry out of planning a spectacular event.
You will learn to:
- Define the event scope and select a strategy to ensure the success of the event
- Develop S.M.A.R.T. objectives and a realistic timeline
- Know what to do when the planning falls behind
- Keep on track with what needs to be done and who’s responsible for which tasks
- Work effectively with facility staff
