Faculty and graduate students propose new study groups each year, and some study
groups continue from one year to the next. These groups provide a forum for
interdisciplinary exchange about a topic, and group participants often plan
events or collaborative research projects. If you are interested in starting a

Gender, Infertility, and Adoption
The goal of this group is to increase understanding of gender issues in the
experience of people involved in infertility and/or adoption. The
interdisciplinary readings and discussion have led to projects in teaching,
research, and practice.
