Managing Change

One of the challenges in implementing a quality program is managing change. So much is changing in the world around us, (as well as within ITD) that it's really stressful for everyone to keep up with the pace of change.

We've learned that Quality Improvement teams need to be well-connected into the organization as they are working on improving or innovating sytems and processes, or the world changes around them.
