For what purpose do we exist and what values guide our intereactions with our customers and with each other? What do we do for our customers?

ITD's Work Planning Process How we stay in communication with each other about our work and how it ties into our mission, goals and values? (link to document)

Management Expectations What do we expect of managers and supervisors, managing in a quality environement?

Innovation Guidelines How are innovation activities part of ITD and how are process innovation efforts different from process improvement efforts?
