Problems and Solutions in Graduate Physics
Electrodynamics
Quantum Field Theory
Condensed Matter
General Relativity
Introduction:
For years I have been in the habit of typing up all my solutions for physics and mathematics courses. I am proud of my work and think that maybe my solutions could be helpful to other students working through coursework in physics (and mathematics).
It has been several years, however, since I took these courses; and it takes some work to make them available online. Therefore, I'm going to start conservatively and put up only my solutions to Jackson's Electrodynamics and (mostly) Peskin and Schroeder's Introduction to Quantum Field Theory. If the response is positive, maybe I'll add other courses as well.
Since the above, I have prepared homeworks for courses taken during my first semester at Princeton University: General Relativity, and Condensed Matter. I hope these prove as useful as the others!
Courses:
- Jackson's Classical Electrodymanics, first semester
- Peskin and Schroeder's Introduction to Quantum Field Theory
- Ashcroft and Mermin's Solid State Physics
- A course in General Relativity
