START HERE: Detailed Field Search

Search by one or more fields. The more fields you use the more refined your results will be.

The drop down search box has four choices:

• Starts With
  
• Ends With
  
• Contains
• Exact Match

Best results come from using the “Contains” option if you don’t know the exact description.

When searching by campus, use the “Starts With” option and just type the first letter of the campus you are looking for (A = Ann Arbor, H = Health System, D =  Dearborn,  F = Flint)

The Preferred City field is a filter field and may cause unsatisfactory results if used for searches in Ann Arbor.

NOTE: The Department Name and Campus fields are visible only to internal U-M regular employees.
