Background:
I obtained my B. Sc. in chemical education and M. Sc. in
organic chemistry at Hunan Normal University, China in
1996 and 1999, respectively. I then went to State Key
Laboratory of Chem/Biosensing and Cheometrics, Hunan
University and graduated with a Ph. D in analytical
chemistry in July 2004. I did organic synthesis and
studied catalysis in my M. Sc., and devoted myself to the
development of optical sensors based on novel synthesized
carriers such as amplifying fluorescent polymers.
Current Research:
My current
research interests include novel nanoparticle preparation,
fabrication, and their application in analytical
chemistry, nanotechnology and biomedicine.
