YEREVAN, JUNE 22, ARMENRPESS:
The results achieved in treatment of AIDS bearers are quite
reassuring, said health minister Hayk Nikoghosian to a round table
participants on June 22. He said the possibility of Armenian
specialists to succeed are growing day by day. However, he added that
it was still early to speak about the final results of the clinical
tests. "Only in autumn it will be possible to tell the absolute truth
whether he patients will have got over the illness or the virus will
have reappeared in their body. The minister said he was sure the
Armenicum, the drug that is reportedly curing the AIDS patient, would
be recognized by the world's medical institutions. "We do not have to
create a tension around Armenicum since the world still believes that
small nations are not able to solve universal issues", concluded the
minister.
