LRC Equipment Reservations

Note: if you are going to request a video from the LRC video library you do not need to reserve viewing equipment with this form. Filling out the video request form will automatically reserve the viewing equipment you will need.

Audio cassette/CD players are distributed on a first come first serve basis at the reservations office. Reservations are not necessary..

All equipment must be picked up at the LRC reservations office, 2009 MLB, M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Date(s), time(s), and room number(s) you will be using equipment in (if applicable).
	example: 4/5/99 11am - 12noon, 2016 MLB

With the exception of portable VCR's and video cameras, LRC equipment is only for use inside the MLB.
