Work on the project should not begin prior to the initial project meeting and completion of hiring paperwork.
Training and WorkspaceLRC staff are available to train the GMA to undertake technology tasks
for their project. We will provide ongoing consultation and assistance
throughout the project cycle.
TimekeepingPayroll is every two weeks, per the University schedule, and GMA's should
be conscientious to submit hours worked on schedule. Hours are accepted
by email or in person. Hours should be submitted per date worked,
and rounded to the nearest tenth of an hour, according to the bi-weekly
schedule provided by the Payroll Office. A simple format is:
Copyright and CreditUnless otherwise specified at the outset of the project, copyright for
all GMA products will reside with the Regents of The University of Michigan.
Full credit should be given to all participants on a project, unless the
contributor specifies otherwise. |
