Teaching Through Academic Advising:
Integrating the Undergraduate Experience

LSA Student Academic Affairs is pleased to host the third annual conference on undergraduate academic advising on May 10 to give advisors across the University an opportunity to talk with each other about topics of mutual interest. All sessions will be in the Michigan League.

The program will begin with introductiory remarks by Professor Lester Monts, Senior Vice Provost, and a keynote address by Dr. Charlie Nutt, Associate Director of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). Breakout sessions with a broad range of topics will follow and the conference will close with lunch, providing another opportunity for networking and discussion of the breakout sessions. Luncheon remarks will be delivered by LSA Dean Terrence McDonald.

Advisors, faculty, and administrators from all units of the University are welcome. Costs of this year's conference will be covered by LSA Student Academic Affairs and the Office of the Senior Vice Provost. Continental breakfast and catered lunch will be provided. Please register by Monday, May 3.
